¿POR QUÉ SE LLAMAN COOKIES?

Origen de la palabra basado en un cuento. El cuento de Hansel y Gretel en el que los dos hermanos dejaban un rastro de migas de galletas para ser capaces de encontrar el camino de vuelta. Esto convertía a las migas de galleta en fuentes de información para los hermanos, al igual que lo es una cookie informática.

DAVID GARRIGA Creative and Art Director
Hello, I am David Garriga, I started studying Biology and I decided to jump to a creative career. Today I am a creative director with a scientific approach. I have been working for several companies and in projects of very different natures, from art to science, digital experiences and exhibitions.

Expertise build upon more than 17 years gives me a holistic understanding of the entire creative process. Combining conceptual and strategical thinking with multi-skilled creativity that helps me to define an innovative and fresh vision in every project I work on.

Combining the rigor of science with a strong creative approach I can work in branding development, advertising campaigns, data visualization and all kind of marketing and editorial pieces, delivering impactful and clear messaging.

After more than 10 years working with hospitals and pharmaceutical companies, I have a clear understanding of how the sector works, and what are its needs and the great opportunities that are generated when you work on communication from a differential point of view.
RAQUEL LLORIS Senior Biological Products Analyst
My Name is Raquel Lloris and I am a scientific writer and editor of contents and news with over 20 years experience working in life sciences: academia, clinical research, biotech industry and consulting.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, l was a postdoctoral fellow in different projects involving vascular remodeling, immunology and DNA repair and a biomedicine scientist team leader (managing a 6 people-group) in charge of the Oncoplatform (discovery of new antibodies against tumoral markers).

My background is in life sciences, including a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology, a master Degree in Management of Scientific Departments of Pharmaceutical Industry, a master in Management of Biotech companies from a Leadership Development Program and first class B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Biology and in Biochemistry. I have done courses in Vaccine Trials (Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health), in Writing in Sciences (Stanford University), in Project Management (The Open University & The Open University Business and Darden School of Business, University of Virginia) and in Leadership in Health Innovation (IESE Business School). I also have worked as a teacher in several institutions, I have knowledge of six languages (Spanish, Catalan, English, French, German and Italian) and I am computer literate.
